These Terms and Conditions apply when you browse this website, contact our support team, or place an order with VS Factory Official Direct. By submitting an order, you confirm that you have reviewed the product information, checkout details, and the policies linked below.

1. Store and product information

We sell independently produced replica timepieces described on each product page. Products are not manufactured by, affiliated with, or endorsed by the original luxury brands referenced in model names or descriptions.

We aim to keep photographs, specifications, availability, and pricing accurate. Small batch-to-batch differences may occur. The QC process gives you an opportunity to review the actual item offered for your order before dispatch.

2. Eligibility and account information

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a purchase agreement. You are responsible for providing a valid name, email address, delivery address, and any contact details needed to process and deliver the order.

3. Prices and payment

Checkout prices are shown in US dollars unless the page states otherwise. Available payment methods and any method-specific adjustment are displayed before you submit the order. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion or processing charges.

An order acknowledgement does not confirm dispatch. We may place an order on hold while payment, inventory, contact details, or fraud checks are reviewed. We will contact you if an order cannot proceed.

4. Sourcing, QC, and approval

After payment or the payment arrangement is confirmed, we source the selected model and inspect it. We send QC photographs and, where available, video or timing information through the contact method associated with the order.

Please review QC materials carefully. Dispatch takes place after approval. If you request a different piece or another change, timing and availability may change and will be confirmed in writing.

5. Shipping, customs, and delivery

Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed dates. Carrier conditions, destination checks, public holidays, weather, and customs processing can affect transit time.

You are responsible for confirming that the item can be imported and received at the destination, and for local duties or taxes unless we confirm otherwise in writing. If tracking shows that a parcel is delayed, lost, held, or undeliverable, contact us so we can review the carrier record and the shipping protection terms attached to the order.

6. Changes and cancellations

Contact us promptly if you need to change the model, address, or contact information. A request is not effective until our team confirms it. Changes or cancellations may not be available after sourcing, QC approval, dispatch, or payment processing has started.

7. Returns and warranty

Returns and exchanges require prior written authorization. Do not wear or resize the watch, remove protective materials, discard packaging, or send a parcel back before receiving instructions.

Dead-on-arrival, transit-damage, return, exchange, and two-year movement warranty requirements are described in the Returns & Warranty Policy. That policy forms part of these terms.

8. Website use

You may use this website for lawful personal browsing and purchasing. You must not interfere with site operation, submit false payment or delivery information, attempt unauthorized access, or copy site content for misleading commercial use.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, which service providers may receive it, and how to contact us about a privacy request.

10. Responsibility and applicable rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect loss caused by events outside our reasonable control. Any order-specific written terms confirmed by support remain applicable to that order.
